Our Destination and Community Action Plans increase urban vibrancy by optimizing creative capital, entrepreneurial energy, community-based placemaking, and smart mobility and connectivity. The project begins with a comprehensive Community Vibe Survey to assess local quality of life.
Strategic AI Road Map
Our AI Road Map is a structured, phased approach for educating organizations and integrating AI across all departments to improve business outcomes. The key goals are: Optimize internal operations, increase sales and/or promotion outcomes, and enhance community and destination development.
Our Work
We’re working with the Near Southside district in Fort Worth, Texas to develop their new NS2050 Community Action Plan.
Near Southside personifies intentional community development where people “live like they mean it.” As work progresses, we’ll update here.
We’re integrating a new AI Road Map at Visit Mesa in Arizona to help future-proof the visitor organization and team.
Visit Mesa is leading how the travel industry integrates AI across departments to enhance the relationship between destinations and visitors.
